  • A growing trend in American culture is lack of knowledge about the Bible. Such secularization dramatically affects the way the church must communicate the gospel message. To be effective in the future, the church must teach a post-Christian society not only the basic message of the Bible but also why persons should be concerned about the Bible and what relevance it has to their lives. This project develops an introductory course for adults who are biblically illiterate. In a nonthreatening, fast-paced, lively environment, this course teaches students the uniqueness, organization, content, and basic message of the Bible.
