Abstracto

This project proposes and implements improvements in worship in Cathedral of the Air (Lakehurst, NJ), addressing specific, expressed needs and priorities of military personnel served by the Cathedral. Drawing on surveys of military members, the project assesses strengths and weaknesses of the Cathedral's worship programs and works with leaders to plan and organize the design and liturgy of the worship. Two sermons prepare the congregation for changes in worship, and these changes increase attendance by military personnel.
