Abstrait

The context for this project is Center Chapel United Methodist Church, Muncie, IN. This researcher conducted a project using collaborative means of leadership development training to grow the leaders into leadership roles and give them tools to duplicate that leadership method with others. Fourteen leaders took part in retreats, video presentations, lectures, and testing. The post-test questionnaire showed that the confidence, competence, and commitment of the leaders increased, and these leaders are in process of training other new leaders.
