Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to equip four typical Southern Baptist churches in the Dallas Baptist Association to start one ministry in the community served by the church. Participants were led to discover five ministry needs in their community. After prioritizing the needs and assessing available resources, the participants agreed on one ministry their church would start. The ministry was recommended to the church for approval and implementation. At the conclusion of the project, all four of the churches voted to begin specific community ministries. This indicates growth in knowledge, understanding, and commitment to follow the command of Jesus for His church to serve.
