At Christian Life Fellowship there is a great concern that the church is being ineffective in facilitating faith development and church involvement among the adolescents. The purpose of this qualitative case study was to investigate the factors which influence faith development and church involvement of adolescents of Christian Life Fellowship. The main factors identified were that of the influence of parents and peers and the problems of 'adolescent-insensitive' church meetings.
