- This report looks at the project as it was proposed, enacted, and evaluated. The goal proposed was the initiation by Northwest Bible College students of professional ministry of their own individual codes of personal conduct for use in their professional ministries. This report describes the completion of objectives used to achieve the project's goal. These objectives were the recruitment of students, development of the project program, implementation of the program, and initiation of the codes by participants. The evaluation of the program reflects completion of the goal, good overall participation by the project group, and positive evaluations of the program by program participants.
