  • The researcher examined conflict resolution between the Sandy Bay New Testament Church of God and the Baptist Church with a view to minimize the conflicts and to discovering how churches across denominations can work together to develop a model for ministry that will minimize conflict. An intentional and systematic method of inquiry was employed in gathering information. The researcher used questionnaires and interviews to collect information.
