Abstract
  • The researcher examined conflict resolution between the Sandy Bay New Testament Church of God and the Baptist Church with a view to minimize the conflicts and to discovering how churches across denominations can work together to develop a model for ministry that will minimize conflict. An intentional and systematic method of inquiry was employed in gathering information. The researcher used questionnaires and interviews to collect information. He concluded that both churches have a long history of guarding their traditions. This has resulted in conflicts. The members from both churches are willing to work together in partnership to minimize the conflicts.
