Abstracto

The objective of this project was to design a personal-issue support group for persons in the author's church and community who had been laid off from their places of employment due to corporate restructuring and/or economic upheaval. It involved the enlistment of and ministry to persons who were struggling with distresses brought on by being forcefully terminated from their places of employment. This was a specifically designed support group ministry. The author completed an eleven-week ministry of support for seven persons who had experienced forced termination from their places of employment.
