Abstrait

The thesis set forth in this project is that American Baptist ministers of Wisconsin will not differ greatly from American Baptist ministers across the USA in how they scored a questionnaire measuring expectations of ministry using seven current issues related to ministry. A Likert scale was used. The results showed very little difference between ABC Wisconsin ministers and ABC USA ministers. The survey is set in context by a discussion of ABC USA ministry: Past and Present, 'Readiness for Ministry Research' of 1990 by the Association of Theological Schools, and Intervention for Development of Ministry in Congregational Settings.
