The writer, called to give leadership to the Kingsway Baptist Church (Etobicoke, Ontario) when the church was experiencing conflict, sought to intervene so as to place the church on a more effective ministry course. The project consists of a chronological, evaluative review of his leadership over the seven years, focusing in particular on his conflict interventions. It includes an overview of the introduction of new ministries as a part of, and as a result of, these interventions. The project includes biblical, theological, and methodological overviews of his approaches. Background, diagnostic, and assessment material are given to show foundational understandings of the conflict and of the actions taken.
