- Abstract
- This project initiates and implements a partnership between two local Baptist associations to develop and carry out ministries to migrant farm workers. The project trains seven persons for partnership ministry and recruits 42 volunteers from eight congregations of the two associations to assist them. Through sharing of resources, human and financial, the two associations are able to plan and maintain effective ministries that meet a variety of needs for seasonal workers. The process will be used in future efforts to form effective, working alliances between other Baptist associations.
