Abstrait

The thesis of this project is that the leadership skills of district leaders in the Church of the Nazarene can be enhanced through a training program provided by the district. The objective of this project is to develop a manual for district-level training programs. The methods of research include reading, questionnaire instruments and a pilot project of a study retreat for ministers. The conclusion is that leaders can enhance their leadership skills through proper training and thereby become more effective in their assignments.
