Abstrait

Christ followers are people who go to church -- but they do not stay there. They step into neighborhoods that need the touch of God. They roll up their sleeves to serve in their communities in word and deed. This dissertation looks at the ministry of Clear Creek Community Church as it was transformed by a service project called Compassion Rockwood. Outlined in this work are some of the principles learned through this transformation. Insights are provided to spur change in churches moving toward a missional ministry.
