This major project was written to help Hope Church formulate goals and objectives which will help this church be more effective in the ministry of Jesus Christ. The method of study was to plan and accompany the church elders on goal-setting advances for the purpose of setting ministry goals. The result of this project were numerous ministry goals with time lines for them. The project showed goals met and unmet. A major part of this project was to establish a biblical basis for goal-setting in the local church.
