Abstrait

This project seeks to equip local church leaders with skills necessary to be a positive influence in conflict situations. The project helps participants gain self-awareness of personal feelings and inclinations in relation to conflict, learning in the process to help others in the church react to conflict in a way that builds up the unity of the church. When church leaders are able to respond appropriately to conflict situations, they develop within the congregation a healthy environment conducive to unity. Ten sessions with project participants, using common language rather than technical terms, involve discussion, role play, and case studies. The final session develops a process for conflict resolution.
