Abstrait
  • This project chronicles the changes in the First Baptist Church (Palm Desert, California) which resulted from the development and implementation of a Laos ministry base. It includes an enunciation of the theological and theoretical issues that impacted the project. Objectives for the project are stated and evaluated. The implementation resulted in a statistical increase in the number of members who filed a ministry menu in the office, who performed a ministry, and who became active transferring their ministry to others. Spritual growth occurred in the life of the leaders of the church.
