The purpose of the project was to equip a selected group of leaders of First Baptist Church of Austell, GA, with transformational leadership skills. The project consisted of providing specific training in four areas of transformational leadership. The four areas covered were an external perspective, a biblical/theological perspective, a personal perspective, and a congregational perspective.
