  • The author, called to initiate a ministry in Bariloche, Argentina, conveys the process by which his congregation evolved from a new mission into an organized congregation over a two-year period. Tools such as interview-questionnaires measured this process. The study is surrounded by explorations into the cultural and religious situation in Argentina, including the role of mission in that society. The result of this thesis-project was the organization of a congregation as a member of the United Evangelical Lutheran Church of Argentina.
