Abstract
  • Transformation is an ongoing process in the life of the church, and all members, clergy and laity, are called into the process. Transformation starts first with biblical and theological understandings of the church, its goal and purpose, its identity and character, along with the understanding of dynamics within the church. Pastoral leadership plays a very important role for the transformational paradigm shift to be brought forth within the local church. This project paper shows the practice of pastoral leadership in the areas of caring, preaching, and teaching, and the experiences of transformation within a local church.
