Abstracto

Using a combination of theological reflection methods incorporating lived experience, culture and context, and tradition, the author researched the cognitive, social and spiritual development of young adolescents to determine how the current materials and presentations of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd can be extended to a formal Level Four to meet the needs of these youth while preparing them to go forth into the world as full, active members of the wider Church. Through this research and observations of young adolescents, the author recommends further work toward a formal Level Four.
