  • This ministry project develops a biblical basis for church starting in the United States. The current lack of biblical reflection in some of the most popular church starting books today requires a reexamination of the biblical history of church starting. From this study, principles may be discerned that will release a church planting movement in the United States. From the biblical examination, a method to analyze critically the major church starting strategies today can be discerned. The criterion developed is based on give questions that arise from the biblical study.
