Developing a plan to determine ministry needs of churches in Smith Baptist Association will aid and assist the ministry teams of Smith Baptist Association to carry out the ministry and purpose of the association. The goal of the project will be to develop a plan that can be used by the association to discover ministry needs within selected churches. Developing a plan will involve the project leader and the Church Ministries Team of Smith Baptist Association in a five-phase plan. Once needs are discovered the process of discovery will be reviewed and presented to the Executive Board of Smith Baptist Association.
