Abstract
  • The project is an exploratory study of both the field of interpersonal conflict and the field of personality types. This study researches the correlation between the personality type of 206 clergy, as measured by the Myers-Briggs type indicator, and their conflict styles, as measured by the Thomas-Kihlmann conflict mode instrument. The purpose of the study is to assist clergy in overseeing interpersonal conflict in their congregations.
