Pastors were trained in the skills of developing and sharing a vision in conjunction with their church leadership. Their congregations were tested before and after to determine the level of impact the training and mentoring provided. The two 10-minute congregational surveys were conducted at Sunday morning worship services using the same pretest and posttest questions.
