Abstrait

The purpose of this practicum is to test a model for the integration of worship around the sermon's theme to enrich all of worship and to encourage the active hearing of the sermon. The author planned and led seven worship services at Hamilton Park United Methodist Church that were integrated around the sermon's theme. A non-control group met after each worship service and gave the author their feedback that the model was effective in enriching all of worship and increased the active hearing of the sermon.
