- Abstract
- This project addressed the development and implementation of a transformational visioning process at Calvary United Methodist Church of Milford, Ohio. The model utilized a sermon series and small group Bible study to increase the congregation's ability to perform long-term visioning. Consequences of the qualitative analysis indicated the intervention resulted in increased awareness of vision, related to spiritual calling in the lives of the small group and the congregation. Results of this model resulted in spiritual transformation of participants, with marginal impact related to the larger congregation.
