This project seeks to provide training materials for the youth pastor desiring to equip leadership teenagers to communicate a biblical message to their peers. Included in this thesis is a manual designed for an 8-week study which will prepare a teenager to preach a biblical, age-appropriate message. The manual focuses on 3 elements: the teenager speaker, the message itself, and the teenage audience. The thesis's goal is that a youth pastor can take a group of leadership teenagers and challenge them to the high calling of preaching. The end result is a changed speaker and a changed audience.
