- Abstract
- This project is instrumental in developing a leadership training module for laity within a church context. Data was gathered and the model was developed through training, pre-testing and post-testing, interviews, and theological reflection and evaluation with peers and context associates. The findings of this project reflected a change in the treatment group's views on leadership and a realization that 'ministry' and 'vision in ministry' should be shared among all believers. After treatment, participants felt compelled to use their spiritual and professional talents to assist in building the ministry within the church and the community in which it resides.
