Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to develop an equipping model in leadership coaching for Ministers of Education in West Florida. The project director researched leadership coaching resources and methods. The research led to the development of an annotated bibliography, a comparison study on the distinctives of the coaching process and the training components. The fruit of this research aided in the development of an equipping model to train selected West Florida Christian Educators in leadership coaching. The equipping model was piloted with a select group of Ministers of Education in West Florida. The project resulted in the availability of a working model for training church leaders in both knowledge and skills of leadership coaching for churches in the Florida Baptist Convention.
