This project is a semester-long orientation for community college Campus Ministers in the Alabama Baptist Convention. The project was conducted July through November 2001. The process began with an orientation workshop that included basic Campus Ministry philosophy, purpose, structure, and methodology. Participants were visited on campus after the workshop for progress checks. Additional progress checks were done through phone calls and email. the project report includes problem, purpose, theological rationale, theoretical presuppositions, objectives, methodology, implementation, evaluation, and conclusions.
