The purpose of this project is to equip selected pastors of the North Florida Baptist network, Lake City, Florida, with emotionally healthy spiritual competencies. The project director will complete the project by meeting three main goals: 1 to research the area of emotionally healthy spirituality to identify essential competencies; 2 to develop curriculum to equip selected pastors in essential competencies of emotionally healthy spirituality; and 3 to equip selected pastors in essential competencies of emotionally healthy spirituality. The project employed various evaluation methods and tools to measure goal achievement.
