It was the purpose of this project to discover the transformation of pastors who have completed the Pastors of Excellence program. The research question was: What is the transformation that has occurred in the lives of twenty-seven participating pastors? A questionnaire using open-ended and closed questions was developed to discover the degree to which pastors were transformed. Pastors indicated a determination to address spiritual woundedness and a commitment to renewed spiritual vitality, personal well-being, and healthy relationships walking alongside a mentor/coach.
