Abstracto

The Certification Program of Ministers of Childhood Education will give ministers training in foundational areas of childhood education and will help them to be better informed, equipped and prepared to lead churches in ministry. This pilot program seminar consisted of meeting surveyed needs of ministers through reading research, creating personal philosophies, and evaluation their personal programs. The results indicated that ministers wanted to be equipped to do ministry; therefore, validating this certification program. The certification program seminars will include pre-seminar assignments, as well as a post-seminar evaluation. Input from the evaluations will be input for future seminars.
