This final paper documents a process for affecting a core-value change in the Leadership Team of a 1000 member, 140 year-old congregation in a main-line denomination. It argues that such a change is possible through intensive guided meditations and group discussions over a thirty-day period. It demonstrates that such change is lasting and supports the affirmation that such a core-value change can affect the ministry of the whole congregation.
