Abstracto

This project report outlines and describes the implementation of the principles of adult education, theological reflection and facilitation procedures in two learning events which had similar methodologies, goals and objectives. The first learning event describes the facilitation of a series of three training sessions in which skilled Catholic campus ministers came together to design a training and renewal experience. The second learning event describes how the methodology and theory of the initial training sessions was carried out in a training and renewal program. The project report brings specific aspects of facilitating adult learning into dialogue with a theology of ministry which was integral to the project and it shows how the interaction of theory and experience helped to create a spirit-filled community of faith and learning for the service of Catholic campus ministers and the gospel.
