In this paper, the writer seeks to examine the spiritual and non-spiritual factors that have contributed to the growth of Korean immigrant churches. From this analysis, six principles have been identified contributing to numerical growth: a church-centered life, conservative theology, dedicated pastors, prayer meetings, small group meetings, and the homogeneous unit. The writer seeks to discover the correlation between the implementation of these principles and church growth. By comparing the rate of growth between those churches that practice these principles with those that do not, a valid judgment was made whether a correlation exists between the adherence of these principles and church growth. The writer's hypothesis was not supported. Although there existed a difference in the growth rate between six growth principle churches and non-six growth principle churches, it was not considered to be significant enough to support the thesis.
