Abstract
  • The purpose of this ministry project was to equip the saints by training potential leaders to do and lead inductive Bible studies in a small group. This training is needed because many people do not know how to study the Bible for themselves. Research involved three main areas: discipleship, leadership and training, and small groups. Biblical and contemporary sources on each topic were researched. The conclusion reached in this study was that training in inductive Bible study equips people with tools to study and teach the Word of God, which, in turn, engenders confidence, commitment, and discipline in the study of God's Word.
