  • The purpose of this project is to develop and implement a plan that will strengthen the interpersonal relationships of family units through the use of family ministry teams. As families conduct a ministry event together, they will increase communication and interpersonal concern for their fellow members. Three tools judged the effect of family ministry team participation. These tools included an entrance/exit interview, interdependence inventory, and a post-event debriefing session with the family. Two of the three research tools were affirmative in their evaluation of positive change.
