Abstracto

The study investigates the clusters of the Southern New Jersey Conference to determine the factors that were present that helped them to continue to function. The study used interviews, questionnaires and personal information to identify these factors. The role of the Conference, the clergy and the members of the cluster were important considerations. The views of the representatives and the churches they were from also were considered. There were a variety of interlocking factors present. They include sizes of the church and cluster, involvement of members and clergy, and types of programs.
