Abstrait

The author researched strategies conducive to the formation of independent second-generation Korean North American congregations. Precedent research included a brief study of the spiritual difficulties facing second-generation Koreans, as well as relevant church planting and scriptural concerns. Utilizing descriptive research, the author surveyed leaders of second-generation Korean congregations. The objective was to obtain practical information and valuable insight into the strategies used to successfully establish independent congregations. The findings provided such results and will prove beneficial for second-generation leaders and congregations in the process of--or contemplation of--independence in their quest for continued spiritual maturation.
