The Erikson-Tritt Theological College is located on the island of Irian Jaya, Indonesia. This project has benefited the school by providing a thorough curriculum reconstruction that has brought the school in line with Indonesian national standards and also helped make its academic program more culturally relevant. The background of the school is presented, followed by discussion on basic curriculum principles, biblical considerations and cultural factors applicable to theological education in Melanesia. A reconstructed curriculum is then presented.
