Abstrait

This purpose of this project is to define the leadership role of the senior pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield in designing a major joint-venture with the Arlington Family YMCA to realize optimum programming of the Mansfield Family Life Center. This project required an extensive analysis of the program needs of the Mansfield/South Arlington area, resulting in a proposal to the Arlington YMCA regarding terms of building use. The project concludes with the assertion that the senior pastor must be an envisioner who can approximate God's creative Word for a specific community.
