Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to equip a selected small group of leaders of First Baptist Church, Mount Dora, Florida to serve as a risk management team. the project director used the project equipping model. The result was the formulation of a functioning and practical team-equipping process that focused on risk management. The project began by researching risk management. Upon completion of the research phase, the project director developed a curriculum of complete lesson plans and teaching material consisting of four training sessions to equip the team on risk management. The participants were evaluated before, during and after the study. The project manager held the training sessions October 7, 14, 28, and November 4, 2008.
