This project conducts 10 seminars with clergy families of Macon Baptist Association to address specific issues that affect clergy family life, including insufficient time together and lack of communication. Each session addresses one topic--time management, creative couple and family time, innovative family worship, valuing differences, enhancing communication skills, building self-esteem, achieving greater intimacy, and coping with conflict. The project does not find statistically significant growth in pretest/posttest evaluation, but growth is observed through other means.
