Abstracto

The author tried to analyze how to develop leadership in his church's lay leaders as well as how to create a healthy, sturdy church through his own Hanukkah Bible Study 101--Getting Church Vision, 201--Learning Bible, 301--Making Disciples in this project. The author researched the result using surveys before and after studying Hanukkah Bible Study. The results were that the Hanukkah Bible Study 101 and 201 influenced a positive effect in participants' faith and their church life, as well as improvement in the church's ministry. The Hanukkah Bible Study 301 also influenced the vertical faith, focused on God, and horizontal faith, centered on neighbor, of district leaders.
