The purpose of the project was to develop a three-year ministry strategy in order to continue the church's current trend of growth from its former state of decline and plateau. The thesis was that a selected group of adult leaders could be guided to reclarify their church's biblical mission and purpose, study their church's history and community, and develop a three-year ministry strategy.
