- Abstract
- This project proposes, implements, and evaluates a curriculum design for reflection and action on biblical justice in a 'cultural middle' congregation, Memorial Drive United Methodist Church (Houston, Tex). Drawing on Thomas H Groome's 'shared praxis' approach, the project prepares lesson plans, recruits church members, and conducts a six-session study group. Critical reflection and action on controversial issues can be encouraged and organized effectively in a cultural middle congregation.
