Abstracto

Congregations that have mistreated their ministers have been labeled as problem churches and clergy killers and not given the proper resources to assess whether they have been victims of trauma. This project examines a congregation traumatized by a pastor and seeks to identify common characteristics of traumatized congregations in order to make traumatized congregations more readily identified so that Ministers and Judicatory Officials can better support the healing process.
