This project was developed in two rural Pennsylvania United Methodist churches to help individuals and/or local churches use conflict constrcutively for personal and spiritual development. Ten sessions were designed to be used as a curriculum in the local church which will encourage study, dialogue, and challenge the individual participants. The ability of the author, project associates, participants, and the church to handle conflict productively is documented. It also describes how the persons involved were enriched by developing skills and confidence in conflict management. The project showed positive results and helped bring about reconciliation, growth, and wholeness.
